For the last few days 4m band is blocked by a strange noise up to 9-10 dB. In this situation it is impossible for me to hear any signal on 4m. I checked all electrical equipment in the house without to find a source. Next step was to turn off electricity to the house, and looks like the noise is coming from outside.
