CME impact
A CME hit Earth’s magnetic field on March 17th, the impact sparked a relatively the strongest geomagnetic storm of the current solar cycle. I did some QSO on 2m with OK stn´s and heard HA.
EME test of station
Today did a test of my setup with very weak signal. Using 9 elements Long Yagi and masted preamp with MGF1302 device. Found I2FAK on 144.133 calling CQ with good signal at 11 deg Moon. Started calling him but lost him some periods later. Franco copied my signal with -26dB. I TX with 300 watts.
QRV on 144 MHz
I am back on 2m band with 9 elements LY, masted preamp and 300 W. The strange noise, as reported on 4m band, is here as well. In some direction, South – South East, is up do 10 dB. Investigating a source of it but not success yet.
DXCC Award – CW
I am not muche active on HF but got some QSO´s during last years. All QSO´s/QSL´s for the DXCC award confirmed on LoTW.
A Strange Noise
For the last few days 4m band is blocked by a strange noise up to 9-10 dB. In this situation it is impossible for me to hear any signal on 4m. I checked all electrical equipment in the house without to find a source. Next step was to turn off electricity to the house, and

Hi, I will only tell you that at the moment I am only QRV on 4m. Using IC7100 and 100 watts amplifier. Antenna is 5 elements long yagi about 10m above ground.
